My BioI am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Wise Living Yoga Academy (Thailand), and former triathlete. These experiences have undoubtedly been the best education of my life.
I am most proud of my accomplishments as a Community Organization and Economic Development Peace Corps Volunteer in central America (2010-2012), where I partnered with USAID to send the first two high school students from our community to study at a US University, personally raised over $68,450, founded a small business development women's group, build a community bridge, and much more (which I would love to share with you). I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and am currently attending the United Nation's University for Peace Graduate program in Costa Rica, where she will receive a Master's in Sustainable Natural Resource Management. I continue to work with my clients virtually, through interactive Skype sessions. My passion lies in reconnecting individuals with their true selves, enabling people to live a fulfilling life by making the best choices and remaining true to their deepest desires of living. There is joyous laughter in the breaking of a $3 pair of sandals, as you try hitching a ride along the roadside back to your no-named-street little village..." She golfs (and wins), she cooks, she cleans, she sews, she draws (she was a designer), she drives around in her big, white Chrysler, but most importantly of all, she makes every person who crosses her path laugh..." -3 Ways to Live Until You're 93 [read more] |
